Frequently Asked Questions
How long does shipping take?
Processing, USPS shipping, and delivery typically take:
- U.S. Domestic: 1–2 weeks
- International: 3–6 weeks (varies by location)
As a small team, we strive to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. However, processing times may be longer during holidays and our promotional sale events. If the site is in “vacation mode,” shipping times will be also adjusted accordingly.
Please note that once an order has been shipped, we have no control over USPS delivery times or delays.
Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
No Returns are accepted. However, refunds are processed on a strict case-by-case basis only if redelivery is not possible and USPS is confirmed as undelivered by USPS after their internal investigation.
No Cancellations are allowed unless the request is made within 10 days (including weekends) of placing the order.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged or is lost?
If your order is damaged or has not arrived, please email us at edwin@edwinhuang.com with your full name, shipping address, and order number. We will do our best to resolve the issue.
Can you sign the print?
If you would like your print signed, please mention it in the order notes. We will do our best to accommodate your request, though we cannot guarantee it for every order.
